Professor Daniel Zimmer is the former Chairman of the German Monopolies Commission and a Director of the Center for Advanced Studies in Law and Economics at Bonn University. His publications in the field of competition law and economics include a book “Law and Economics in European Merger Control” (jointly with Ulrich Schwalbe, Oxford University Press 2009).
