Dace Silava-Tomsone is Managing Partner at COBALT Law Offices. She is an expert of M&A and Competition Law and regularly advises clients on major M&A transactions and complex competition issues. Ms. Silava-Tomsone heads EU & Competition practice group of the firm. She holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from University of Latvia and LL.M. degree from College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law (Williamsburg, USA). She has been on internships with Carroll, Burdick & McDonough (San Francisco, CA) and LeClair, Ryan, Joynes, Epps & Framme (Richmond, VA), secondment with Pinsent Curtis (Leeds, UK), as well as worked as summer associate with McDermott, Will & Emery (Washington, DC).
