Cristina Mihai is a Managing Associate in Grigorescu Ştefănică law firm, being member of this team for more than 6 years. Before joining the team of Grigorescu Ştefănică, Cristina Mihai worked in the legal departments of two leading multidisciplinary consultancy companies. Cristina Mihai’s main areas of expertise are competition law, commercial law, banking and financial law, construction and industrial projects law, all of these being practices in which Cristina Mihai has gained a wide experience, providing consultancy and legal advice in a wide range of transactions with local and international impact, for important clients, most of them leaders of the markets they operate on. Cristina Mihai is author of many articles published in national or international technical publications and was speaker in many events. Similarly, Cristina Mihai is an active member of the Competition Law and State Aid committee of AmCham Romania, where she brought-up her contribution also to drafting the amendment proposals for the competition legislation. Cristina Mihai is a member of Bucharest Bar, a graduate of the Law Faculty of Bucharest University and has a Master in International and European Business Law with Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University. Cristina advises in Romanian, English and French.
