Conor is a Legal Counsel in the Mandates and Financial Instruments division of the EIB’s legal service. He is a solicitor qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, and holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Prior to joining the EIB, he was in private practice with a large Dublin firm and has held research positions at the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin and the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna at University of Pisa. He currently specialises in decentralised financial instruments and State aid law.
