Claude Lazarus is Of Counsel in Bird & Bird’s Competition Group, based in Paris. He practices all aspects of French and European competition law, including anticompetitive and restrictive practices, merger control and deregulation law. He represents clients in commercial and general commercial litigation cases in the French courts, and before French and European competition authorities. He has worked intensively for companies in various industry sectors such as energy, waste management, luxury and consumer goods, telecommunication, transport, automobile, banking, heavy industries (metallurgy, oil, paper, cement).
