He was, in particular, Government Commissioner at the Administrative Court of Nice and at the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris, but also legal adviser of the Minister of Labor and the Permanent Assembly of Chambers of Crafts, Associate Lecturer University of Toulon and teacher at the institute of political studies of Aix en Provence.
