Charlotte Beauchataud is antitrust & compliance general counsel at Imerys. Before, she was an associate in the Paris office of Allen & Overy, specialised in EC and French competition law. She has experience in the fields of antitrust law, distribution and restrictive practices. She also handled numerous French, EC and multi-jurisdictional merger filings. She is now specialised in the implementation of compliance programmes. Education: Master Degree in Business Law, Paris II (1996), Post Graduate Degree in European Business Law, Paris II (1997), Avocat au Barreau de Paris (1999), L.L.M.
