Charles Webb is a Senior Antitrust Attorney at FedEx, in Memphis, where he is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing enterprise compliance with global antitrust/competition laws, as well as supporting the Corporate Integrity & Compliance group in the implementation and management of related compliance programs. Previously, Charles worked for Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas, first as Senior Director, International Antitrust Compliance, and later as a Senior Director, International Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. He was also a Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Asda, in Leeds, United Kingdom. Prior to becoming an In-house counsel, Charles was partner at Baker Botts where he counseled clients in the areas of mergers, international transactions, monopolization and abuse of dominance law, consumer protection, telecommunications regulation and postal regulation. His practice has a very international dimension, as Mr. Webb is the former Legal Advisor (2005-2007) and Executive Director (2007-2010) of the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA). Charles Webb earned his JD from the George Washington University Law School, and his B.A. from the American University.
