Charles Bertin is currently Chief of the Cost and Regulation Audit Unit at the ARCEP. He also teaches mergers law at Science Po. He was a Case Handler with the French Competition Authority’s Mergers Unit. He holds a PhD in Economics from the French Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA).
