Carolina Jara is an associate in the Zurich office of Lenz & Staehelin and focuses on competition law, EU law and regulated areas. Previously, Ms. Ronda was an associate at Freshfields. Ms. Ronda specialises on EU and Spanish antitrust law, with a particular focus on energy regulatory matters and has experience in national and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, joint ventures and compliance programmes.
