Carmen Peli is a partner at PeliFilip. Ms. Peli graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Bucharest Law Faculty and received a University Degree in French and European Law from the French-Romanian Law College for European Studies, Pantheon Sorbonne University. In 2000, she earned an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe, Bruges. Prior to founding Peli Filip SCA in 2008, she was a partner at Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. Before this, she was a legal advisor for the Ministry of Public Finance. Her major areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, cross-border commercial transactions and competition law. Mrs. Peli regularly counsels clients in connection with competition law matters including cartel investigations and Competition Council clearance. Mrs. Peli is a member of Bucharest Bar.
