Carlos Mena Labarthe is a Partner and head of the Competition Law practice at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for 10 years in various positions at the Mexican Competition Authority (COFECE). He advises clients regarding all aspects of competition in Mexico. Mr. Mena also has experience in coordinating proceedings in different jurisdictions, especially in Latin America. He is a lecturer at ITAM University and has published extensively on competition and regulation.
