Carla de Abreu Lopes has extensively represented clients before the Portuguese Competition Authority. In addition, she has written several articles in competition law publications. Carla graduated in law from the Law Faculty of the Coimbra University, in Portugal in July 2001. She subsequently obtained the LL.M. Diploma in European Community Law by the Law Faculty of the Leiden University in The Netherlands. In addition, she was admitted at the Portuguese Lawyers’ Bar in 2004.
