Carl Baudenbacher is a partner at Nobel Baudenbacher, Zurich/Brussels, focused on EU law, EEA law and Swiss business law and a Door Tenant of Monckton Chambers, London. Carl Baudenbacher have advised numerous corporations, law firms, governments and parliaments. In February 2020 he was appointed Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics. From 2003 to 2017, he served as President of the EFTA Court.
