Carine Soulay has been nominated at the French State Council (French Supreme Administrative Court) in May 2019. Prior to this appointment, Carine worked as Deputy director at the French General Directorate of Administration and Public Service (DGAFP). She also was a Legal advisor in the Legal service of the European Commission and at the General Secretariat for European Affairs (French Prime Minister’s office).
