Brianne Kucerik is a partner in the Antitrust/Competition practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, based in Washington, D.C.. Her practice focuses on private litigation, transactional matters, and general antitrust counseling. Ms. Kucerik has defended clients in private antitrust litigations, including large class-action, multi-district suits in various state and federal courts. She also has represented clients in matters before the federal antitrust agencies, successfully securing clearance for transactions in a variety of industries. Ms. Kucerik received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Politics, and earned her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Duke University. Ms. Kucerik is admitted to the bars of the State of Florida and the District of Columbia and is an active member in the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
