His practice focuses on assisting clients with responding to criminal and civil antitrust investigations in the United States and abroad, as well as counseling on strategic antitrust issues arising from a variety of transactions, joint ventures and competitor collaborations. Mr. Meiners also has significant experience representing clients in complex civil litigation and in conducting corporate internal investigations and global cartel investigations.
