Borja Palacios Moreno is an associate of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira’s Competition and EU Law Practice. He holds a dual Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad de Burgos, Spain (2012). He also holds a Master in European Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain (2013). He joined the sub-directorate of Industry and Energy Unit of the Spanish Competition Commission for nine months in 2013. He advises and represents national and international companies at national and EU level in different areas of competition law (mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and state aid) and EU law.
