Blaise Carron is Law Professor at University of Neuchâtel. Mr. Carron studied at the Universities of Tübingen and Fribourg (summa cum laude; Frilex Prize); 2002, graduate studies at Harvard Law School (Master of Laws); 2004, PhD in Law (summa cum laude; Vigener Prize). 1999-2001, teaching assistant for Prof. Pierre Tercier; 2002-2003, employee at the Secretariat of the Federal Competition Commission; since 2004, lecturer in international arbitration and international contracts (University of Fribourg) and in contracts at the International Institute of Management in Technology, Executive MBA program (IIMT); since 2005, lecturer in competition law at the DEA in ’droit, criminalité et sécurité des nouvelles technologies’ (Lausanne and Geneva); 2005, admitted to practice in Switzerland, also admitted to practice in New York. Areas of concentration: competition law, contract law, corporate law, arbitration and insolvency law.
