Blaise Carron is law professor at the University of Neuchâtel. Blaise Carron studied at the Universities of Tübingen and Fribourg (summa cum laude; Frilex Prize), 2002 and at Harvard Law School (Master of Laws) 2004, PhD in Law (summa cum laude; Vigener Prize).
