Bilal Shaukat is the Partner-in-Charge of RIAALAW’s Karachi office. Mr. Shaukat (Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn) has been enrolled as an advocate since 2002. In an extremely short span of time he has managed to develop a reputation of being creative in the areas of Project Financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Swaps & Derivatives. He regularly advises the KSE 100 companies, multinational companies, financial institutions, NBFC’s, insurance companies on matters pertaining to company laws, banking and finance, competition laws and income tax.
