Benoît Delaunay is full Professor of public law at the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II (Sorbonne Universités) where he manages the Master program in International Tax Law Master. He obtained a PhD summa cum laude and graduated Sciences Po Paris, HEC school of management. He teaches Administrative Law, Public Economic Law, Tax Law and International Tax Law. He wrote nearly a hundred of articles, notes and contributions to books.
