Benedetto Brancoli Busdraghi is a judge at Corte dei Conti (Court of Auditors). Prior he was a legal counsel at Banca d’Italia (Italian Central Bank). Previously, Mr. Busdraghi also worked at Legance Studio Legale Associato in the Rome office where. Mr. Busdraghi graduated maxima cum laude at the “Roma Tre” University in Rome in 2005. He also holds an LLM in EC Law at the College of Europe - Bruges (2008) and a post-graduate degree in Constitutional, parliamentary and administrative law at the University of Florence (2007). He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the “Roma Tre” University, where he is carrying out a research on competition in network industries. He has authored a number of papers on EC Law. Before joining Legance, Benedetto Brancoli Busdraghi was a trainee at the Italian competition authority and worked for two years at the body of Attorneys defending the Italian Government (Avvocatura Generale dello Stato). His native languages are Italian and French, he is fluent in English and has good knowledge of German.
