He previously was an attorney in the Washington D.C. office of Constantine Cannon where his practice focused on antitrust litigation and counseling, as well as merger control. He holds an LL.B. from King’s College London School of Law, a Master of European Law from the University of Maastricht, and an LL.M. from the George Washington University Law School.
