Ausra Deluard joined Dentons in 2019. She is a partner and co-chair of the US Competition and Antitrust group. She advises clients across a broad range of sectors on contentious and non-contentious antitrust matters relating to proposed mergers and acquisitions, gun-jumping, global pricing and distribution policies, competitor collaborations and licensing arrangements. Ausra Deluard also has notable experience advising healthcare clients, including large health systems, provider groups and insurers, which has deepened her understanding of the sector’s market dynamics and challenges, including those that arise in transaction planning and competitor collaborations. She also advises clients in the nascent cannabis industry on rapidly evolving laws and regulations. She teaches antitrust mergers as an adjunct professor at U.C. Hastings School of Law and is active in the International and Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association and has written extensively on antitrust-related issues. She also has worked on programs engaging underprivileged inner city youth in sailing.
