Áron Barta is an associate at Kinstellar’s Budapest office. He focuses on Corporate and M&A and Compliance, Risk & Sensitive Investigations matters. His expertise covers all areas of law connected with bribery and corruption, sanctions, fraud, money laundering, and insider dealing. He has experience advising and representing leading multinational corporates in handling a wide range of legal, regulatory and strategic issues arising from complex, sensitive investigations. Áron has also advised on corporate restructuring and financial regulatory matters. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University and he was a member of Bibó István College For Advanced Studies where he is now an alumni. He spent a semester at the University of Poitiers, France. Prior to joining Kinstellar, he was an intern with the legal department of Pwc Hungary and other law firms. Other than Hungarian, he speaks English and French.
