Antigoni Vafeidou

Antigoni Vafeidou is a graduate student at UCL - Master of Laws program with specialism in Competition Law. She holds a M.Sc. in International, European and Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business, a certificate in Human Resources Management from London School of Economics, and received her Law Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is already qualified as a lawyer and joined Athens Bar Association in 2009. Her professional practice fields are related with Commercial Law, Company Formation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Competition Law, Contract Law and Civil Law. In 2011, Antigoni launched her own office in Athens and has been appointed as supervisor of liquidation-winding-up procedures by the Bank of Greece, Private Insurance Supervisory Division. She also publishes articles of commentary related with the timeliness of legal and policy developments in the magazine of Athens Bar Association. Antigoni speaks English, French and German.
