Anna A. Chehtova is a senior counsel at Equinix since March 2022. She previously worked at DISH Network and Sling TV. Before she was corporate counsel (Commercial, Compliance and Strategy) at Tesoro Corporation since 2015. Also, previously, she investigated mergers and anticompetitive conduct matters at the Bureau of Competition of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Delissa A. Ridgway in the U.S. Court of International Trade, where she worked on anti-dumping, countervailing and customs cases. She holds an LL.M. degree from Cornell Law School and Masters Degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds a law degree in Economic Law. She was awarded a scholarship to pursue graduate studies at Cornell by the University of Paris as well as an Academic Excellency Scholarship by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Anna is Senior Editor of Concurrences Journal and a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.
