Alina is a senior associate in the corporate and competition groups of our Bucharest office. She has more than ten years experience advising companies mainly from the life sciences sector but also FMCG & retail, advertising or energy. Alina’s competition expertise includes advising and representing clients in front of the Competition Council on sector inquiries, investigations and dawn raids. She also analysed the competition aspects of several M&As and provided legal advice on day-to-day activities for companies active in healthcare, retail, media, FMCG etc. During 2011-2012 Alina followed the courses of a specialized EU Competition Law Postgraduate at King’s College, London for which she obtained a Distinction.
