Alfonso Muniz Chief of Institutional Relations Department at Mediaset España Comunicación SA since 2012. Prior to joining Mediaset he worked as an associate of the Madrid team of CUATRECASAS, GONÇALVES PEREIRA specialized in EC and Spanish competition law. He has wide experience - particularly in energy, telecommunication and audiovisual sectors – in merger notifications to the European Commission (Enel/Acciona/Endesa) and the Spanish competition authority (Telefónica/Telecinco/Prisa/Digital+), assistance to international and national firms in sanctioning proceedings and claims before the competition authorities and appeals before the Spanish courts (High Court and Supreme Court), analysis of agreements and general assistance in Competition Law.
