Mr. Alexandre Palka is a PhD student at Panthéon Sorbonne Paris I university and was a junior lecturer at Panthéon Assas Paris II university where he taught commercial law. His research focuses on the interplays between Competition Law and sector-based regulation. Former judge assistant at the Cabinet of the President of the French Judicial Supreme Court, Mr. Palka holds a postgraduate degree in European Business Law from Panthéon Assas Paris II university (2006) and a master in Business Law. He is graduated from the Panthéon ? Sorbonne Paris I university where he received a postgraduate degree in International Economic Law (2005). He also graduated from the Institut Français de Presse. Mr. Palka worked as a legal intern for Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Areva.
