


Aleksandra Boutin
Aleksandra Boutin is a Founding Partner of Positive Competition. She is featured in the Who’s Who Legal Thought Leaders Competition listing the world’s leading competition economists. She has more than fifteen years of experience in competition policy as an enforcer, consultant and academic. Prior to Positive Competition, Aleksandra was an Expert at Compass Lexecon and before that a Policy and Scrutiny Officer at DG Competition. She is a member of the Scientific Council of the Global Competition Law Centre and a Non-Governmental Advisor for Poland in the International Competition Network. Aleksandra advises clients on a wide range of competition issues in the context of merger and antitrust proceedings in front of the European Commission, national competition authorities and courts. She is also very active assisting clients in the calculation of damages arising from antitrust infringements and in commercial litigation.
