Alejandro Guerrero is Simmons & Simmons’ second antitrust partner in the EU capital. Mr. Guerrero’s experience encompasses merger control (including EU and multijurisdictional), abuse of dominance, cartels and vertical relations. He also advises on the application of EU data protection rules, especially from a U.S.-EU standpoint. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Guerrero worked at the Brussels office of a major Spanish law firm and at the DG for Competition of the European Commission. In addition to his native language of Spanish, Mr. Guerrero is fluent in English and French.
