Alain Bazot is the president of UFC-Que Choisir and publications director since April 2003. He is also a member of the national consumer council and the superior council of literary property and copyright. At European level, he is a member of the executive of the BEUC (European Office of Consumers Unions). He is a public law specialist, and teaches at the University of Bourgogne.
