Adriane Porcin-Raux

Adriane Porcin-Raux joined the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in 2012 as a full-time lecturer. Her research focuses on the interaction between intellectual property and competition law, as well as copyright and consumer law. She holds a Master in business taxation and business law from Aix-Marseille III – Paul Cézanne and a Master in economic law and business relationships from Perpignan – Via Domitia, and is currently writing her LL.D. thesis on the collective management of copyright at Université de Montréal. Before teaching Business Law and Ethics at the JMSB, she taught Competition Law at Université de Montréal and Quebec’s Consumer Law at the University of Ottawa.
