Aditi is an Associate at the competition practice at Khaitan & Co in New Delhi. She has acted for leading companies in merger control transactions and also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the CCI. Prior to this, she was working as Legal Advisor in the competition practice at Linklaters, London. She has extensive experience in drafting merger notifications to the European Commission and the UK Office of Fair Trading for multinational clients in global transactions and has also advised on various aspects of behavioural antitrust law. Aditi completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2006 and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi in 2010. She finished her Master of Laws degree with an antitrust specialization from the New York University School of Law in 2011.
