Adéla Horáková is an associate in Dentons’ Prague office. She focuses on corporate and real estate mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contractual law and banking and finance. Prior to joining Dentons, Adela was a lawyer at Gide Loyrette Nouel (Prague), specialized in competition law (state aid, antitrust) with particular expertise in the energy sector. In October 2006, she worked as a lawyer at another major international law firm and as a trainee at the European Commission (DG Enterprise). She obtained her Master degree from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in 2004.
