Senior Director of Remedies Business and Financial Analysis

Adam Land is a senior director at the Competition and Markets Authority, where he leads the Remedies, Business and Financial Analysis professional group. In this capacity, he oversees the development, implementation, and enforcement of remedies across the range of the CMA’s activities – including in relation to retail banking. Prior to the formation of the CMA in 2014, Adam worked in a variety of roles in the CMA’s predecessor bodies, as well as at HM Treasury, where he worked on the Cruickshank Review of Banking Services. Outside of competition policy, Adam is the CMA’s senior mental health champion and chairs Carefree Kids, a children’s mental health charity.
