Volker Abele is a senior counsel at Daimler Truck Stuttgart since December 2021 and has been counsel for Daimler since December 2015. Prior to joining Daimler, he was Senior Competition Law Advisor with Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin and specialised in cartel damages. Prior to joining Deutsche Bahn he was a Case Manager in the Brussels office of CDC Cartel Damage Claims. Volker has obtained an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College London. Previously he had graduated in Law & Economics from University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
