How can the richness of the contributions made to Concurrences magazine over the last ten years be exploited? By bringing together in two volumes, under the direction of Professor Laurence Idot, comments on European and national decisions and judgments published in this review from 2004 to 2015. The exercise thus provides an overview of developments in case law over the last decade, both in terms of anti-competitive practices law (Articles 101 and 102 TFEU, with more than a hundred commentaries published in the first volume) and in terms of merger law and state aid control (Articles 107 to 109 TFEU; these two subjects are covered in the second volume, which contains more than fifty case law notes).

With contribution from: Martine Béhar-Touchais, Emmanuelle Claudel, Michaël Cousin, Michel Debroux, Nicolas Eréséo, Didier Ferrier, Nathalie Jalabert-Doury, Jean-Philippe Kovar, Alexandre Lacresse, Christophe Lemaire, Agnès Maitrepierre, Anne-Cécile Martin, Stanislas Martin, Frédéric Marty, Chantal Momège, Simon Naudin, Catherine Prieto, Cyril Sarrazin, Anne-Lise Sibony, Bastien Thomas, Thierry Tuot, Laurence Nicolas-Vullierme, Anne Wachsmann, Marc van der Woude, Nicolas Zacharie and Fabien Zivy.
