PNG - 69.4 kb

The Antitrust Encyclopedia is threefold:

-  An e-text book: It contains texts and links of all main national competition provisions

-  A data base: It provides quotations and links of case law and articles

-  A laws comparator: It allows comparison between various topics of national competition laws.

The Antitrust Encyclopedia is a Web 2.0 Project: as for other well-known common projects, users are welcome to comment or propose amendments. Contact: webmasterATconcurrencesDOTcom

The Antitrust Encyclopedia is a free access academic research program with scientific supervision which offer added value services for users and marketing opportunities for contributors. It is edited and published by the Institute of Competition Law, together with the e-Competitions Bulletin. Up-date is made thanks to the e-Competitions Bulletin but the content is different.

Users are welcome to quote materials from the Encyclopedia provided it is quoted as "The Antitrust Encyclopedia, www.concurrences.com" with relevant author’s name and publication date.

Academic supervision is ensured by Dr. Ioannis Kokkoris prior to publication. The e-Competitions Advisory Board is offered to comment any time the contributions and asked for a detailed review at the annual Advisory Board. In addition, users are welcome to propose amendments or add case law or links. This will be reviewed by the Editor for publication.
