Opening remarks (10 years of the Anti-Monopoly Law in China - Beijing, 14 July 2018)

This paper reviews the major achievements since the implementation of China’s antimonopoly policy. The paper demonstrates that the implementation of antimonopoly law promoted the formation of a market system and improvement of market system.
