Dans un litige qui les opposait au ministre de l’Économie, les sociétés Interdis et Carrefour avaient convaincu le tribunal de commerce de Paris de poser deux questions prioritaires de constitutionnalité : l’une sur le déséquilibre significatif (art. L 442-6 2° C com.) l’autre sur les conventions annuelles (art. L. 441-7) (v. Concurrences, n° 3-2018, p. 125).
