Tribunal, 21 janvier 2015, affaire T-355/13 (easyJet Airline Co. Ltd contre Commission européenne) À la faveur d'un arrêt rendu le 21 janvier 2015 dans l'affaire T-355/13 (easyJet Airline Co. Ltd contre Commission européenne), le Tribunal de l'Union européenne est venu rejeter la demande d’annulation formulée par la compagnie aérienne à bas coût easyJet de la décision de la Commission du 3 mai 2013, rejetant sa plainte contre les pratiques de Luchthaven Schiphol, l’exploitant de l’aéroport Schiphol d’Amsterdam et ce, au motif qu’une autorité de concurrence d’un État membre avait déjà traité l’affaire.
