Belgium: Complaint about Termination Rates for International Calls against Belgacom rejected On 24 December 2009, the College of Competition Prosecutors of the Belgian Competition Council rejected a complaint by mobile operator BASE against telecom operator Belgacom (incumbent telecoms operator). The complaint concerned an alleged abuse of dominance on the basis of Article 3 of the Belgian Competition Act and Article 102 TFEU.
