The Portuguese Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court affirms decision imposing a fine on the business forms cartel (Contiforme)

Following the Portuguese Competition Authority (PCA) decision dated 19 December 2012 imposing a total EUR 1,797,978.51 fine on four companies of the graphic industry - Contiforme, Soluções Gráficas Integradas, S.A.; Copidata, S.A., (Copidata); Formato, Formulários Múltiplos Comerciais, S.A., and Litho Formas Portuguesa, Impressos Contínuos e Multiplos, S.A. - for a cartel type offence in the business forms national market, as well as a total fine of EUR 6,000.00 on three directors of said companies for having done nothing to prevent it, the undertakings (except for Copidata that was granted full immunity
