The European General Court largely confirms fines in appeal of industrial threads decision (Oxley Threads)

On 28 April 2010, the General Court issued its judgments on appeals brought by six industrial thread producers against a Commission decision finding that they had infringed Article 101 TFEU through their participation in price-fixing cartels.
