The Brussels Court of Appeal asks the Supreme Court to rule on scope of review in competition cases (Base Company, Belgacom, Mobistar)

In a judgment of 28 June 2013, the Brussels Court of Appeal requested a preliminary ruling from the Supreme Court to clarify the notion of “full jurisdictional power” (volle rechtsmacht/pouvoir de pleine jurisdiction). This concept defines the scope of review of the Courts of Appeal in many fields, including competition law cases.
