The European Court of Justice confirms previous case-law on agency agreements (CESPA)

On 11 September 2008, the European Court of Justice (“ECJ”) gave its ruling in a preliminary reference made by a Spanish court in the context of a contractual dispute which arose between CEPSA, a supplier of fuel and related products, and Tobar, a petrol station.
