Relevant facts Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, Department of concentrations ("Office") approved the concentration consisting in the creation of a joint venture of Henkel Hong Kong Holding Limited ("Henkel") and Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited ("Tiande"). Proceedings before the Office In September 2011, Henkel and Tiande notified a concentration, based on the Agreement on a joint venture. Under the Agreement, the both entrepreneurs set up a company limited by shares, registered in Hong Kong. This company will further establish a 100% owned subsidiary - WFOE.
