A Shanghai Court announces the creation of a specialized panel of judges dedicated to hearing anti-monopoly lawsuits

On December 22, 2008, the Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate Court announced the establishment of a new specialized combined panel of judges (called the "反垄断案件专项合议庭" in Chinese, and referred to below as the "Specialized AML Panel") dedicated to hearing AML lawsuits and related actions.
